Dr Wirin Bhatiani, Chair of NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group, said:
“The summer months can be a busy time with holidays, family activities, and days out. We all want to make the most of our summer so it’s vitally important that we take care of all members of the family so everyone can stay healthy, happy, and well. Pick up a copy of our Think Summer guide for essential information, tips, and advice.”
Think Summer has information on getting active, barbecuing safely, staying safe in the sun, and how to deal with common summer ailments and injuries. The directory at the back has lots of useful contacts for local organisations, plus full details of free Council run activities over the school holidays.
All Bolton primary schools are will be receiving copies of Think Summer this week. It’s also available to pick up at other locations across the borough including GP practices, health centres, and UCAN centres. Think Summer can be viewed online here.
